Subject: Problems with citibank nri service
Has anybody had problems with citibank nri service esp with the way the handle fixed deposit account. It is difficult to get them to change the tenure of fixed deposits and they have made mistakes in maturity amount when the deposit was rolled over to new term. They have also made mistakes in interest rates for fixed deposit accounts.

Is there another bank which provides better nri banking service?

I am having huge problems with Citibank NRI and based on experience I would NOT recommend to have any dealings with them.
