Subject: Does Logitech Subang provides repair service
Knowing that Logitech products are famous of their quality, I bought a mouse from Logitech in end of 2015 from Popular Straits Quay Book Fair in Penang. I was not informed by the part time staffs there regarding the warranty, and I am not alert about it that time. So I did not retain the receipt. Since few weeks ago, my mouse have been faulty at times, I have switched to other computer but to no avail. May I know how I should do? Does Logitech Subang provides repair service?
