|Wrist Replacement |

My 48 year old sister in law had been having pains in her wrists since very long. Not even 50 yet, she already had arthritis and being a teacher the extreme pain in her left hand wrist was causing her great problems. She was on medication but, it was not making her any better, if not worse.
We had never heard of wrist replacement and neither had any one else who we know. I understand it is not too common.Had we not gone to Apollo Hospital we would never have known that there was a way of completely curing the problems.
It is a good feeling to know that we were wise enough to go to a Hospital where the doctors were confident enough to carry out a surgery that was not too common- in fact, they made sure that the family also knew everything there was to know about the surgery. My sister in law is now recovering from her surgery and will be able to live a normal life.
